Cépages is a small neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar in Notting Hill (around 35 seats) focused on seasonal ingredients, thoughtful cooking and great wines.The kitchen serves French-inspired food with a modern, relaxed approach, built around good produce, simplicity and precision.Led by a Master.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen or service operations
- Maintain high food, service, and presentation standards
- Support team performance and consistency
