Developing, procuring, budget monitoring, managing staff, programme assurance and monitoring of all South London Partnership Employment & Skills Programmes (Work and Health Programme & Connect to Work). As the Senior Programme Manager for the South London Partnership Work & Health Programme and Connect to Work Programmes, you will be integral to enabling the London Borough of Croydon ensure that the South London Partnership’s Programme delivers its outcomes successfully by managing the whole programme including management of sub-contractors and ensuring that all outcomes are compliant. Key Responsibilities Responsible for effective management of all employment contracts ensuring that contract delivery is as specified in terms of outcomes, contract service standards and compliance. Ensuring sub-contractors are embedding cross-cutting themes in delivery. Creating, maintaining and reviewing all process documents relating to the contract. Assuming responsibility for financial monitoring within LBC – with support from the Finance Management Accountant reconciling payments made to sub-contractors with DWP resources. About You Experience:

Knowledge of governance arrangements and decision making requirements particularly within DWP and local authority settings. Skills:
