Due to the success of the team, we are now looking to grow our teams headcount - we are now seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our client base. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospective clients, whilst also working collaboratively with our experienced recruitment teams to place exceptional candidates into our clients businesses. If you're a personable self-starter with a passion for sales, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and inform them of our tailored recruitment solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches both virtually and in person. Collaborate with our marketing and social media teams to create and deploy business development campaigns. Meet and exceed targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport. Negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work as part of a team. Knowledge of the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential. Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

What We Offer

A competitive base salary of £30,000 per annum. Generous bonus and commission structure. 24 days holiday rising by one day per year of service (up until 29 days holiday).
