Spa Therapist to join their Beauty Team! We are looking for the right person/s to join our small team; we see ourselves as a Spa family rather than just colleagues. We offer ELEMIS treatments and are looking for friendly, professional, passionate Spa/Beauty Therapists. This position is best suited to a therapist who enjoys working in a customer-facing role and thrives in a hospitality/front of house environment. Being a
TEAM PLAYER and RELIABLE
is essential, as we are very much a supportive team. Requirements:
L2 AND L3 qualification including holistic and nail services. A good all-rounder with experience in facial and body treatments, massage, waxing, nails (including gels). Must be able to work as part of a team and individually. Operating all aspects of a beauty/spa environment, reception, stock control, and cash handling. Expected to hit retail/treatment targets and grow their own client base. Help to ensure the Beauty Area is kept clean and well-maintained, keeping to the highest standards of hygiene and be fully compliant with legislative requirements. Two to three years experience in the industry is required for this role. MUST BE FLEXIBLE, able to work shifts as and when required, including regular weekends and late nights, bank holidays included. Good standard of numeracy and literacy with an excellent level of spoken and written English. Must be PC literate. We believe in training our staff to their full potential and offer both external and internal continuous training.
