You will provide a range of professional nail and beauty treatments to the highest standards, ensuring every guest receives a personalized, relaxing experience. Your responsibilities will include managing treatment bookings, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness products, and guiding guests on their wellness journey. With a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork, you’ll contribute to maintaining the spa's exceptional standards and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike. SALARY:
£26000 HOURS:
Full Time 40H - 3 out of 4 Weekends
RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertake full assessment of clients’ requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered. Carry out Bamford treatments to the highest professional standard following full in-house training standards and procedures. Ensure exceptional familiarity with all retail products and treatments and recommend to clients. Support the Spa Manager with any other ad-hoc duties. SKILLS NEEDED Nail Technician (any of: VCTC Level 2 Certificate in Nail Treatments, CIBTAC Nail Technician Diploma, ITEC Level 2 (Junior) / Level 3 Diploma, BTEC National Award Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences, NVQ Level 2 (Junior) / Level 3 (Senior)).
