Free dry cleaning for work uniform Annual Staff parties and events As a master of your craft, you will… Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body scrubs and wraps, all perfectly tailored to each individual client’s needs. Confidently conduct client consultations to really understand each client’s preferences, concerns, and any contraindications, helping them feel welcome, listened to, and perfectly cared for. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and feedback. Ensure your professional environment is always clean, well-organised, and beautifully presented, including our treatment rooms and equipment. Assist with retail sales of spa products and always be ready to recommend the perfect item to your clients. Promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team. What we're looking for… NVQ Level 2 & 3 Qualified - Beauty Therapy Flexible and available where needed Knowledgeable about other spa facilities and ready to recommend them. Consistently up to date with the latest trends and techniques in spa treatments and therapies. A pro at upholding our high standards of hygiene and sanitation. You know all the spa protocols and industry regulations and follow them to the letter. Knowledgeable about skincare, wellness practices, and aftercare, ready to educate your clients and enhance their spa experience. Having top-notch people skills and are easily able to connect with others. If you share a passion for art, culture, and hospitality, art’otel is where people’s talents will feel at home.
