We are very excited to be expanding our Spa team after the highly successful opening of our brand new spa, which offers guests a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. With a vitality pool and three luxurious treatment rooms, we aim to provide a tranquil escape where guests can unwind and indulge in a range of spa treatments. Job Overview:

We are seeking part-time and casual skilled and passionate Spa Therapists to join our team and provide exceptional spa experiences to our guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services, including massages, body treatments, facials, and more. You will ensure that guests receive personalized attention and care, leaving them feeling refreshed and revitalized. Responsibilities: Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, facials, and manicures/pedicures, in accordance with spa protocols and standards. Consult with guests to understand their specific needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa treatment rooms and ensure equipment is properly sanitised. Uphold the Spa's service standards and ensure that all guests receive attentive and personalised service. Promote and sell spa services and retail products to guests. Assist with the organisation and smooth operation of the spa, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously expand your knowledge of spa treatments and techniques. Requirements: Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel spa environment but not essential. A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or massage therapy (minimum level 3). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required. Benefits: Up to £12ph plus treatment commission. 10% of Retail commission. Excellent training opportunities. 28 days annual leave (pro rata).
