Welcome clients to the spa and engage them in conversation to determine the services that they require displaying a thorough knowledge of services offered. Carry out face and body treatments for clients using the chosen spa product brands ensuring they are carried out to the highest standard. In consultation, go through contraindications to determine any illnesses or medical conditions that a client may have, which may limit/prevent them from a treatment. Provide clients with knowledge of different types of available treatments/products. Explain treatment procedures and provide information about oils and creams used during treatment. Ensure the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by legislation and the spa’s policies and procedures. Support the Spa Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the spa. Ensure that all guests feel they have received the best customer service and experience from arrival at the spa to departure. The Ideal Spa Therapist
