We are looking for a
Spa Therapist
to join our team at
Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat
in
Cockermouth, Cumbria.
Hourly rate of £11.44 plus commission. This is a
maternity cover
position to work
full time
hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 days which will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Typical shift times will either be 9:30am - 6pm or 11:30am - 8pm. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business. This position will start on 1st March 2025 and run until February 2026. About the role
Main responsibilities: Perform a range of treatments on guests from our treatment menu, majority will be massage based. Answer queries and book appointments, advise guests on suitable treatments. Ensure that the salon is appealing to guests. Actively work to help promote the spa. Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate. Ensure client confidentiality at all times. Requirements: Previous salon experience is desired. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this position. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
