Working within a luxury environment, customer service is right at the forefront, suiting a role with somebody who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role is part-time and will be up to 24 hours, but flexible on hourly contracts. As a spa therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential you have a Level 3 in beauty/spa therapy. The successful spa therapist will have a great eye for detail and be passionate about delivering exceptionally high standards of treatments, matched with outstanding customer service skills. Spa therapist responsibilities will include: Performing a variety of spa treatments to the highest standard of quality and professionalism. Consulting with clients to understand their needs and customizing treatments accordingly. Maintaining a clean and hygienic spa environment. Promoting and selling spa products/services. Adhering to all spa policies and procedures. The successful spa therapist must have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in beauty/spa therapy and experience working in a spa therapist role within a similar setting.
