You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about TEMPLESPA products and gain experience in a high-end Spa. Main Duties:
Carrying out a range of TEMPLESPA treatments to a high standard. Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team. Welcoming clients into the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner. Booking in clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls. Achieving retail targets. Building a regular client base. Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard.
