As we expand into international markets, including key regions in Spain and Latin America, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations.

This role requires a qualified accountant with exceptional financial acumen, fluency in Spanish, and the ability to operate effectively in a scaling business environment.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Strategy Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company s growth objectives. Provide financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Accounting & Compliance Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to UK GAAP/IFRS standards. Manage audits, tax filings, and compliance with local and international regulations. Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

International Operations Support Lead financial operations for Spanish-speaking markets, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws. Act as the key liaison between the UK headquarters and international partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to support the operational needs of the business.

Scaling Initiatives Optimize financial systems and processes to support the company s growth trajectory. Provide financial insights for fundraising efforts and investor relations.

Qualifications and Skills: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Experience: Proven track record as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally in a scaling or international business. Experience in the chemical engineering, manufacturing, or related industries is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
