A leading player in the infrastructure sector is currently looking for an SPC Manager to join their growing team in Dartford, where you will oversee and manage the performance of Special Purpose Companies (SPCs) within the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework. Responsibilities:

Maintaining and developing financial and operational policies to ensure the efficient conduct of the SPC. Overseeing Health & Safety monitoring and compliance, ensuring all procedures are followed. Managing third-party service providers, monitoring performance, and minimizing performance deductions. Assisting with the preparation of statutory reports, returns, and accounts in line with legal requirements. Ensuring the completion of obligations under the operation management contracts, including lifecycle and variation management. Requirements:

Degree in a construction or FM-related discipline or extensive senior-level experience in a relevant field. Proven knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, with an IOSH Managing Safely course or equivalent. Strong understanding of PFI project management during the operational phase, with a sound grasp of project finance and investment. Experience working with senior client representatives and managing relationships with project lenders and investors. Excellent contract knowledge and risk management skills. What’s in it for you?
