Specialist BTL Case Manager

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll enjoy 24 holidays plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 after a year's service. As a Specialist BTL Case Manager, your remit will include:

Reviewing applications to ensure all necessary paperwork is complete. Organising client information to facilitate smooth loan processing. Checking loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios. Conducting detailed affordability assessments. Requesting and reviewing credit checks. Issuing loan agreements and terms and conditions. Handling enquiries from applicants and lenders. Drafting case rationale for investors and senior management. Performing AML checks and maintaining accurate records. Meeting deadlines for paperwork submission.

The ideal Specialist BTL Case Manager will have:

Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
