We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEMH and Neurodivergence SEN Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will: Develop and deliver tailored educational programs to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH and neurodivergence. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and families, to ensure holistic support for each student. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning. Utilize innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance the educational experience of our students. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure continuous development. What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative working environment.
