- Position :Specialist Latin American Chef De Partie

- Gross OTE salary package : circa£34,000 +(incl.share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
- Weekly working hours / days48 hours /5 days

Your role involves the skilful preparation of complex Latin Amercan dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operation duties commensurate with job role, includug training and supervising Commi Chefs and other junior Chefs
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Latin American dishes
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measure & formulation
- Industrial training in a world renowned Culinary / Hospitality institute
- Previous experience of at least 3 years to date in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
- Relevent Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
