We are seeking an experienced and passionate Specialist Mental Health Registered Manager to lead a newly established multi-site CAMHS children’s residential home. This role is perfect for a professional looking to make a transformative impact on the delivery of specialist mental health services for young people. Essential Requirements and Experience

Experience:

At least 2 years in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years. Qualifications:

Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (essential); Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred or must enrol within 6 months). Knowledge:

Understanding of Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements. Skills:

Proficiency in planning, organising, budget control, resource allocation, and team leadership. Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills. Specialist Knowledge:

Trauma-informed approaches and managing challenging behaviours. Driving Licence:

Full UK driving licence required. What We Offer
