Permanent Student Wellbeing

are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team of specialist mentors to support students who identify as being on the autistic spectrum. The role is to deliver one-to-one support and encourage students to take responsibility for their own learning and develop their skills. The successful applicant/s should have extensive experience of working with a range of disabled students, but most specifically with adult autistic students in a Higher Education setting or equivalent. You should have a degree or equivalent in an appropriate field and evidence of relevant professional qualification/training relating to Autism. Applicants will also need to meet the DSA-NMH Mandatory Qualifications or Professional Body Membership criteria. You will be able to access any training that is available to all staff within the university and development opportunities. Closing date for applications:
