Matthew Walker , where you’ll be trained to become a master of mixing, measuring, and making the world’s finest
Christmas puddings
(and let’s face it, who doesn’t love pudding?). Duties of the role: Follow our secret recipes to the letter
– Whether it’s handcrafting our famous festive puddings or preparing mouth-watering ingredients, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero of dessert heaven. Get hands-on
– You'll be operating state-of-the-art machinery (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!) to mix, measure, and prepare all things sweet and spicy. Learn the art of pudding perfection
– From
drenched fruits
to
boozy brandy sauces , you’ll be in charge of creating magic every single day. Attention to detail is key
– A little too much spice, and boom, it's a cinnamon explosion! You'll make sure each batch meets our legendary standards. Qualifications
About you: No experience necessary – just bring your love for food and a dash of curiosity. You’re a recipe follower with a flair for precision – you know how to make a
perfect mix . You’ve got an eye for detail, and you love seeing ingredients come together into something amazing. You’re cool under pressure – even when the raisins are flying! Not essential but nice to have: Food and Safety Level 2 Health and Safety Level 2 Additional Information
