We are looking for an experienced Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our large, well-established and friendly Community team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking service with high morale and a commitment to supporting people at home. You will be well supported and encouraged to continuously develop your skills related to the role. Main duties of the job

As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients stay healthy when they need it most. About us

Stretching across Northern, Eastern and Mid Devon, we have a workforce of over 15,000 staff, making us the largest employer in Devon. Our core services cover more than 615,000 people across 2,000 square miles, with some specialist services extending to Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver a wide range of emergency, specialist and general medical services through North Devon District Hospital and the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Wonford), alongside integrated health and social care services in various settings, including community inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, and within people's homes. The emphasis is on maximising patient independence and quality of life through assessment, rehabilitation, prevention of hospital admission, and supporting hospital discharge.
