Main duties of the job As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most. About us Stretching across Northern, Eastern and Mid Devon, we have a workforce of over 15,000 staff, making us the largest employer in Devon. Our core services, which we provide to more than 615,000 people, cover more than 2,000 square miles across Devon. More detail about the role The Bideford Community Rehabilitation team provides a service to the residents of a beautiful, rural, coastal region of Devon. You will require wide-ranging clinical skills & community experience to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. You will need excellent communication skills, adaptability & resilience to change. There is day-to-day clinical support from Clinical leads as well as a structured in-service training programme to help support and guide your development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Community Rehabilitation, Multi-disciplinary working and management of patients with a wide variety of presentations. The emphasis is on maximising patient independence and quality of life through assessment, rehabilitation, prevention of Hospital admission and supporting Hospital discharge. Working Pattern:
