Qualifications
Registered with GPhC Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience Experience
1-2 years NHS hospital experience post qualification Clinical audit / Drug Use Review projects Experience in Haematology/Oncology or Pharmacy Aseptic Services Disclosure and Barring Service Check
