An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Acute Physiotherapy team as a

Band 6 Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

rotating on a yearly basis between

Critical Care

and

Surgical and Acute Stroke . We would welcome applications from physiotherapists who have a drive to develop their skills within these clinical specialisms, improve services, support staff wellbeing and have a strong collaborative approach to care. Previous experience in a wide range of clinical areas with specific experience in one or more of the above areas is welcomed. This post is key in supporting on-call induction and supporting education and development of Band 5 and support staff within the teams. The successful candidate(s) will be

HCPC registered

as a physiotherapist and will be mobile across Forth Valley. As part of the acute stroke rotation, the post supports service delivery to the rehabilitation stroke beds within the Bellfield Centre. The post carries an on-call commitment. NHS Forth Valley is also embracing contemporary working. As and when required, the post holder will be expected to participate in twilight or weekend working.
