You will be an autonomous practitioner with proven stroke therapy skills in caseload management and specialist knowledge of stroke rehabilitation.

To assess, plan, implement and monitor a therapy case-load; facilitating best practice and evidence-based, person-centred care. To be an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team. To work within defined specialist, department and national protocols/policies for stroke care such as the NICE clinical guidelines and National Stroke Strategy. To be actively involved in monitoring and developing the Stroke service, ensuring patients receive sustainable high quality care that is effective and safe. Working for our organisation
