You will use evidence-based practice to formulate, develop and deliver individualised treatment plans in clinics and patients' homes. You will apply appropriate clinical reasoning to manage a varied caseload consisting of high risk, diabetes, wound care and biomechanics patients. Experience in mentoring and supporting colleagues is essential, as is a commitment to ongoing personal development. The postholder will work to professional and regulatory body codes, standards and guidance, always ensuring that their practice is grounded in evidence-based theoretical and practical knowledge. The post includes travel across the NHS Trust carrying a variety of equipment. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you can travel independently across the city.
