About the Role: As a Specialist Community Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality, personalised care to patients in their own homes. You’ll work within a regional area, administering specialist treatments and empowering each patient through one-on-one, holistic support. Key Responsibilities:

Administer IV therapies and other treatments according to patient care plans, maintaining the highest professional standards. Build supportive relationships with patients and their networks to foster a positive treatment experience and aid recovery. Deliver patient-focused nursing that’s responsive to individual needs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification Experience in administering IV therapies, venepuncture, and subcutaneous injections (cannulation skills are advantageous) Strong clinical assessment skills Full UK driving license (regional travel required)
