The role Checkout.com is seeking a driven and intellectually curious Specialist, Revenue Growth in London to help support our Commercial function. This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff to our Chief Revenue Officer, and support and drive key initiatives of the company, including, but not limited to, strategic planning and execution, commercial expansion, and operational improvement.

This person will be deeply analytical, data-driven, and proactive, with exceptional communication skills. The ability to multitask across wide-ranging topics/workstreams and thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to success in this role. How you’ll make an impact Support the CRO's Chief of Staff in driving effective decision-making, project management, and execution of strategic projects. Identify, raise and help address ongoing issues the Commercial team faces on a daily basis with relevant teams. Constantly look to challenge and improve ongoing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity in the Commercial org. Support with meeting preparation, action & next steps, as well as draft speaker notes. Support with putting together project trackers to ensure full clarity on ongoing projects. Work with Revenue Leaders to create sales strategies & angles for specific new and existing deals. Stay close to the global sales pipeline and keep Revenue Leaders accountable for their forecasts, inputs and follow ups. Be a close partner to the Revenue Operations team to help advise on our sales strategy. Serve as an internal liaison for the Commercial department and work cross-functionally with teams from other departments, including Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and HR. Collaborate with Product on collecting and synthesising customer feedback, refining roadmaps, and rolling out new products and features. Collaborate with Finance Revenue Ops on forecasting, budgeting, and board meeting preparation. Collaborate with Operations & Legal on reducing time to revenue, ensuring merchant risk is covered, and offering white-glove support. Act as a liaison between Commercial employees and the Commercial Leadership team on a daily basis. Qualifications

What we’re looking for Minimum of 2 years ideally in strategy/management consulting, investing/investment banking or scale-up roles. Experience in Financial Services and/or Technology. Strong communicator - Ability to articulate and present insights clearly (written and verbal) and build a strong rapport with stakeholders. Strategic and critical thinker - excellent analytical skills and naturally inquisitive; ability to challenge and dig deep into the weeds while also seeing the big picture. Proactive, committed and eager to take ownership to drive workstreams forward collaboratively within our team. Data-driven with strong attention to detail – prior experience with using CRM and data visualisation tools (i.e. Salesforce, Looker, Coefficient, Google Sheets advanced level) is highly advantageous.
