Cygnet Heathers, Grout Street, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B70 0HD We have a rare opportunity for an SLT with an interest in neurology and mental health to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave within the service. This role would suit a band 5 who is ready to take a next step or someone who is keen to explore working in a Neuropsychiatric service. Job Role We are looking for an SLT to work 40 hours per week with an exciting caseload to assess their speech language and communication needs (SLCN) in all environments. You will implement a rehabilitation approach and implement programmes of care in individual or group settings. You will be supported by the MDT and an onsite Clinical Lead SLT to implement the approved pathway for neuropsychiatric services. You will receive supervision and line management onsite and have access to a SLT peer network. You will be part of a companywide SLT service and contribute to the service development initiatives.
