to work within a Specialist School to support students with special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, Global Learning Delay and SEMH. Position:

ASAP Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver individualised educational programs tailored to each student’s unique needs. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Implement strategies to support students’ social, emotional, and academic development. Collaborate with other staff members and parents to provide comprehensive support. Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing regular feedback and reports. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs. Strong understanding of strategies and interventions for Autism, ADHD, PMLD, Global Learning Delay and SEMH. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
