This is an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Doctor to get involved in developing an enhanced Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT). Main duties of the job

The post holder will work closely with the fulltime consultant in the inpatient service and Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. Responsibilities include providing advanced professional expertise and clinical leadership while upholding the Trust’s strategic objectives. Working for our organisation

Qualifications

Entry on the GMC Register S12 Approval Relevant experience in General Adult Psychiatry Experience

3 years as a doctor post-registration 2 years in Psychiatry at SHO/ST level or more senior 6 months in relevant specialism Clinical Governance

A clear understanding of Clinical Governance Demonstrate a commitment to open review of practice Attributes

Effective team working Leadership qualities Flexibility Research Driving Licence/Able to travel independently Teaching
