The hospital is set in the beautiful Ribble Valley, offering a peaceful, countryside setting with easy access to Blackburn, Manchester, and beyond. What You'll Be Doing: Patient Care:

Work alongside the Consultant Psychiatrist to provide medical cover and care for up to 28 patients on the ward. Assessments & Diagnosis:

Conduct thorough mental and physical health assessments, diagnose, and provide treatment under Consultant supervision. Therapeutic Environment:

Take clinical responsibility for patients, participate in ward rounds, risk reviews, and contribute to the development of a therapeutic care environment. Ongoing Development:

Maintain and enhance your skills through CPD, clinical supervision, and opportunities for professional growth. What We're Looking For: Essential: Full GMC registration and 12 months' adult psychiatry experience. Experience in a similar setting (preferred). Excellent knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act. Ability to assess, treat, and write clear, comprehensive medical notes. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Desirable: Section 12 approval and membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists or equivalent. What's in It for You? Attractive Salary:
