We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Specialty Doctor in ENT on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful ENT department.

In the latest national NHS Staff Survey, we were in the top 10 acute trusts for staff engagement and for staff recommending the hospital as a place to work or receive care.
The successful appointee will join a team of ENT head and neck cancer surgeons including Consultants, Fellows, and Specialty Registrars that deliver the full range of Head and Neck cancer, thyroid, and laryngology services. The hospital is a tertiary referral centre, and the range of services offered reflects this. The appointee will be asked to fulfil various duties, including:
Have training and skills in ENT Surgery and diagnostic Head and Neck Cancer surgery. Experience as a senior specialty registrar/doctor with expertise in diagnostic pathways for head and neck cancer. Participate in the delivery of ENT cancer services, especially the diagnostic pathway. Participate in the emergency cover/on-call rota and provide cover in unforeseen circumstances at the request of the appropriate Consultant. Assist in the teaching of junior medical staff and nursing. Contribute to Clinical Governance and audit duties.
