A leading global manufacturer of renewable heating, cooling and hot water systems seeks a Specification Sales Manager for their most lucrative region. You will maintain and build relationships with providers of the largest new build and refurbishment housing projects via national housebuilders and social housing frameworks. This is a long-term strategic role requiring a highly consultative sales approach. Experience Required
You must have product specification sales process experience and be currently selling into new build housing via national housebuilders or social housing frameworks. If you are selling into the new build housing sector working with regional housebuilders/developers or social housing regionally, please still apply. Understanding or having a passion for Net Zero, renewables, sustainability, reducing carbon, SAP, Future Homes Standards, and Passivhaus is advantageous as many of their latest renewable products focus on these areas.
