As an Architectural Project Manager within this division of the business, you will have the opportunity to identify and win business with architects, designers, main contractors, specialist installers, and fabricators. Representing a long-established, global brand of facades and fenestration systems, you will look to identify and gain specifications on commercial projects within the South East of England. You will be well supported with a sophisticated CRM, industry-leading software tools, and a very experienced sales, technical, and marketing team around you. There is an expectation to read and interpret technical drawings and work with AutoCAD. This role will involve long-term project management, juggling multiple tasks, and working on tender frameworks for specific product requirements. The position will require you to regularly deliver CPD presentations to architects, manage relationships with main and regional contractors, and understand the specialist installer and fabricator companies. The role would suit either an experienced specification sales candidate seeking a new challenge or possibly someone who has come via technical estimator or project manager roles. Key to success in this role is a desire to work hard, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate strong communication techniques across a variety of stakeholders. Candidates should have a full driving license, a technical eye for detail, and be well-versed in working with fabricators and architects. THE COMPANY:

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: 3 years plus in exterior specification sales dealing with architects Have sold a product to either architects, designers, or fabricators or have worked for a fabricator Ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycles A consultative, driven, and professional salesperson with good attention to detail Any experience of windows, doors, curtain walling, or facades products would be desirable Salary:

Up to £60,000 basic salary, plus 10% OTE, hybrid company car, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme.
