Specification Sales Executive

to join their team. The company operates in the Offshore Wind industry, offering high-quality, innovative solutions that drive safety, reliability, and project success. The Role As the Specification Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s product range becomes the preferred choice for Offshore Wind Farm designers. Your responsibilities will include: Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels. Sales Pipeline Management:

Monitoring the sales process throughout project specifications, ensuring pipeline values are maintained and increased. Market Development:

Engaging with stakeholders in Offshore Wind projects to identify opportunities for tailored solutions. Brand Representation:

Attending industry events and supporting marketing initiatives. Collaboration:

Working closely with Engineering and Marketing teams to drive new product development and launches. Strategic Insights:

Providing market and customer insights to leadership. Experience in a specification sales role. Strong negotiation skills with an ability to sell effectively across all levels. Highly motivated, ambitious, and adaptable, with a humble and team-oriented approach. A commitment to learning and understanding the Offshore Wind industry. Background in the energy sector is preferred; engineering knowledge is advantageous. What We Offer: Base Salary:

£50,000 + commission. Bonuses:
