With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:
Deputise for the Team Leader
Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of complex residential property cases from instruction through to completion
Provide cover on other caseloads during absence/ conflict of interests with direction from Team Leader/Head of Legal Practice
Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner, and assist with its continuous improvement
Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
Provide proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
Undertake and participate in file audits and reviews
Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
Provide technical advice, mentoring and assistance to junior colleagues
Requirements
All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent Junior Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyers with the following:
Post qualified experience in residential conveyancing (SRA / CLC or CILEx)
Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
Strong communication skills
Strong affinity for digital technology
Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchases
Ambition to develop their conveyancing experience and skills
