Are you a Speech and Language Therapist looking to escape the winter months? I have a fantastic opportunity on the Sunny Island of Gibraltar! Locum Speech and Language Therapist - Paediatrics - ASAP until 1st March 2025 Salary:

£51,558 to £55,080 pro rata Gibraltar is a beautiful location to work in. It has a Mediterranean climate, breath-taking landscapes, and beautiful beaches! ** Travel costs reimbursed and rent-free accommodation provided! *** Gibraltar is looking for a Senior Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to cover up until March. Working as per the rota. You will be leading and delivering a highly specialist service, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapy intervention to children and young people (from birth to 18 years) with a range of communication and developmental difficulties that may have diverse chronic and highly complex presentations. To provide a specialist service to children presenting with complex developmental and communication difficulties in a wide range of community settings appropriate to the age and condition of the child. These include the Children’s Health Centre, Hospital, Patients' homes, Special and mainstream schools, and nurseries. You will be providing a service to children and young adults presenting with diverse and chronic conditions such as: Autistic Spectrum Disorder Down Syndrome Craniofacial conditions Developmental Language Disorder Learning Disability Cerebral Palsy Speech sound/articulation disorders Hearing Loss Fluency Disorders You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with a wide range of other professionals to provide an integrated service for patients and their families on the caseload whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency of care. Essential Criteria: BSc (Hons) or MSc degree in Speech & Language Therapy Minimum 5 years post qualification paediatric experience HCPC and RCSLT registration Right to work in the UK If you have the necessary experience and would be interested, please apply!
