Castlepoint Independent Speech and Language Therapy (CISLT) is a Speech and Language Therapy practice based in Rayleigh Essex, treating adults and children. Our goal is to deliver clinical excellence to our clients, treat with kindness and compassion, act with integrity and provide education and development opportunities to the wider community. We are a growing practice looking to recruit a new Speech and Language Therapist to our supportive and committed team. The ideal candidate would have experience of working with preschool, primary or secondary aged children with a range of communication difficulties and/or adults with acquired and progressive neurological conditions. They must want to make a difference to our clients and it is essential to be able to work within a team. This will be a split post between an adult and paediatric caseload and is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is open to gaining valuable experience in a range of conditions, supported by an appropriate supervision structure. Newly qualified therapists are encouraged to apply. We are a neuro divergent affirming practice and have recently launched our new service for Gestalt Language Processing and using AAC devices with Autistic children. “Meaningful Speech” training will be offered with the post if required. The role will comprise of working in our clinic in Rayleigh High Street, working within nurseries, schools, care homes and home visits. Car driver and owner essential. Excellent rates of pay offered and all levels of experience considered. We will consider flexible working schedules such as part time or term time only. Job Type:
