experienced, qualified Speech and Language Therapist , who is seeking a

full time, permanent

position for

September , this could be the role for you! Commencing in

September 2024 , you will be contracted to work

Monday to Friday , between the hours of 8:30am - 4:40pm,

term time

only. With the school being split into two sites, it is essential that you can drive and have access to a vehicle, to ensure you can easily commute to both sites. About the school:

This fantastic school supports students aged

4 - 16 , all of which have a diagnosis of

Autism, ADHD and SEMH . They have a wealth of experience and expertise in cognition and learning and social, emotional and mental health. They provide a

safe and supportive

environment where learning becomes an enjoyable experience, embodying the trusting values of Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Caring. The school has a welcoming, relaxed feel but maintains high professional standards. In 2019, the school won the Positive Behaviour Support Award at the National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Intervention and consultation Playing a key role in the provision of high-quality services for pupils with complex special educational needs and disabilities Working with the support of other professionals within our Clinical Team in this varied and rewarding role. We would love to hear from people who: Are HCPC registered therapists (preferred) Have an interest in attachment and developmental trauma Post qualification experience of SEN education Familiarity with a variety of SALT assessments tools and interventions, appropriate to the needs of children and young people with complex needs. Passionate champions of students with SEND Have a full-UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
