Lead therapeutic group sessions focused on enhancing speech and communication skills. Build effective one-to-one relationships with service users, encouraging their engagement and empowering their recovery. Manage a designated caseload with a mix of theoretical and practical approaches, ensuring to complete assessments, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes in line with care plans. Demonstrate specialist skills in managing complex cases, incorporating cultural and linguistic considerations to develop strategies for caseload management. Undertake audits and contribute to research efforts to enhance treatment provisions. Apply specialist knowledge specifically focused on mental health care services. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

HCPC registration Proven experience in managing a caseload involving the assessment and treatment of dysphagia Experience working with families Evidence of continuing professional development Perks and benefits:
