Speech and Language Therapist Full time, Permanent (locum contracts also considered) Term time only 41,983 - 49,717 (includes paid school holidays) Windsor, West Berkshire Our Private Client are recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist for their independent specialist day school in Windsor on a permanent basis. About the school: The school is an independent specialist day school that with both primary and secondary settings, providing education and support for a diverse group of pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support educational and residential staff in creating therapeutic living and learning environments. Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people. Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support. Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams. Requirements: Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
