Speech and Language Therapy Assistant

to join our supportive and friendly team. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) in delivering tailored therapy sessions. Support children with speech, communication, and language needs (SCLN) in the classroom and small group settings. Develop and implement engaging strategies to enhance communication skills. Record and monitor pupils' progress in line with therapy goals. Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to support holistic development. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or therapeutic setting. Knowledge or interest in speech and language development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, creative, and empathetic approach to working with children. Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team. Desirable: Relevant qualifications in speech therapy assistance, childcare, or education (although not essential — training will be provided). Why Join Us?
