We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Speech and Language Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team, working alongside our school-based therapists and NHS colleagues to ensure all children and young people at our school are the best communicators they can be.
This role involves providing direct support to students, assisting with assessments, and collaborating with staff, parents, and carers to implement effective communication strategies.
Salary is Kent Range 5, 33.75 hours per week, term time plus 1 week £19,029 - £19,790 (£24,040 - £25,002 FTE) + SENA (£1,441.72 FTE).
The successful applicant requires experience in Special Educational Needs or has a desire to work in this specialist field and is willing to develop relevant skills and knowledge.
