As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to individuals with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients across different age groups and needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication and swallowing difficulties Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders Offer support and training to families, carers, and staff to enhance communication and care strategies Work closely with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care Key Requirements: A degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Experience working with individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting For more information, please get in touch with
