Sponsorship Sales Executive – Conferences & Events Our client is one of the largest organisers of conferences, summits, and events across diverse industries. They are known to host some of the best business to business events across the world and they are looking to bolster their sales team with a driven Sales person who has had some experience in Sponsorship sales. Both their training and bonus schemes are industry leading. The role You will be one of a few key players in the Sponsorship Sales team, helping to drive the success of the CX (Customer Experience) division. Reporting to a Sales Director, you’ll be joining a high-performing team of 25 sales staff. They are looking for individuals with a hunger for sales ideally hires to join them and make a significant impact. What you’ll be doing Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales within the event, conference, and exhibition industries. Utilize your track record in selling sponsorships to consistently deliver exceptional results. Focus on client retention and rebooking, leveraging the organisations reputation for hosting some of the best events in the market. Benefit from one of the industry's top commission schemes, and same rate of commission for rebooks. Your experience This organisation is specifically looking for individuals with a proven track record in selling corporate sponsorships within the event, conference, or exhibition industries. Experience in delivering results is essential. A history of successful sales, ideally with some in the 1-2-1 meeting space. You’ll thrive in a culture that values personality, results, and individuality. Utilizes outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, cold-calling, networking and more. Enjoys a non-micromanaged environment, where success is judged by results. How You Will Be Rewarded You will be recognised and rewarded for your performance. Good basic salaries into the £50’s (based on experience). 10% uncapped commission on monthly revenues for business written. Ownership of clients, ensuring consistent commission for repeat business.
