Growing rapidly and covering sectors including Oil & Gas and IT they are now seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to join their team to grow attendance at their existing events programme. THE ROLE Now looking to grow their existing team, this agency is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join them where you will play a key role in developing relationships and identifying key opportunities for growth at events. Responsibilities will include: Identifying and targeting new prospects Updating information onto the CRM database Generating viable leads to be followed up Introducing events to new clients initially by a telephone call, email and social media Meeting and exceeding KPI’s including outbound calls, leads and attendance Securing face to face and virtual meetings Researching and staying abreast of event and industry topics Attending events and networking with industry contacts THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales. Experience of dealing with C-Level executives and corporate clients would be beneficial as well as a good business acumen. You will have the ability to quickly build relationships over the phone and you will ideally have a good understanding of the events sector. A natural commercial flair for seeking out new business opportunities is crucial.
