Additionally, our office is divided into smaller pastoral care teams to foster relationships and ensure a supportive culture, emphasising wellbeing.What will you be doing?We are on the lookout for a skilled professional to be part of our Marketing Team. The role entails collaborating with the brand and marketing team members to craft our Financial Services sponsorship and partnership strategy. Additionally, this position involves coordinating across the company to guarantee that all sponsorships and partnerships, whether sourced centrally or locally, align with our strategy and provide excellent value for money. They must also be implemented and activated according to brand and commercial best practices. Furthermore, the role includes managing and assessing our "national initiatives" hospitality properties and merchandise program to maximize their value to the business.As a Sponsorship & Merchandising Manager, your responsibilities will include among othersWorking with the brand team to develop an FS sponsorship and partnership strategyWorking with partners in the business to identify new sponsorship and partnership opportunities in line with priorities and evaluate those opportunities according to the agreed framework and budgetEnsure sponsorships and partnerships are activated to deliver maximum value to the brand and the business, partnering and supporting colleagues to deliver that activationManage ticketing for our owned hospitality initiatives (currently Lords, Twickenham, Wembley etc), building an improved framework for driving and measuring results from this activityDevelop an improved approach to measuring the impact of our sponsorship and partnership activity and report on this activity with recommendations for improvementsReview our catalogue of branded merchandise and identify the most effective and best value for money items to use.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you shouldExperience working with and managing sponsorship propertiesMarketing and brand strategySponsorship and partnership activation skillsBudget management and a track record of improving effectiveness of marketing spendSubstantial marketing or sponsorships experienceDesired CompetenciesOrganizational, planning and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills are essentialSenior stakeholder management skills – Experience working with senior stakeholdersRelationship-building skills - collaboration with internal teamsResults orientation – delivering to deadlines and targetsCreative and strategic marketerProfessional Qualifications and EducationRelevant marketing or industry professional qualifications desirable although not essentialUniversity qualification desirable although not essentialAdditional InformationAs a colleague here at Evelyn Partners, you will have access to benefits that include:Competitive salaryPrivate medical insuranceLife assurancePension contributionHybrid working model (role dependant)Generous holiday packageOption to purchase additional holidayShared parental leaveWe are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
