Sports Coach - Ashford Job Title: Sports Coach (SEN) Location: Ashford Salary: £95 - £120 per day (depending on experience) Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Full-Time Start Date: Immediate GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Sports Coach to work in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in Ashford , where you will be making a real difference to students' lives. About the Role: As a Sports Coach , you will support the delivery of sports activities, ensuring inclusivity and engagement for students with various SEN . Your role will be to inspire students through physical activities, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and physical skills. Responsibilities: Lead and support sports sessions for students with SEN , adapting activities as necessary. Encourage teamwork, resilience, and social skills through sports. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students to thrive. Work collaboratively with SEN staff to support students' physical and emotional development. Requirements: Experience working as a Sports Coach , particularly in an SEN setting is preferred. A passion for working with young people and SEN students. Ability to modify sports activities to suit various needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A caring and patient approach to working with students. Why Work With Us?
