Bedford Modern School (BMS) is an outstanding HMC independent co-educational day school for students aged 7-18. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably experienced administrator to join our friendly school office team. Your duties will be varied but will mainly involve providing admin support to the Sports faculty to assist in organising sporting events and fixtures, dealing with enquiries from students, staff and parents, and coordinating transport and catering. As part of the school office team, you will also support reception when needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Sports faculty. Assist in organising sporting events and fixtures. Handle enquiries from students, staff, and parents. Coordinate transport and catering for events. Support reception as needed. Minimum Requirements: Admin experience in an educational or similar setting. Experience working with children and young people. Good standard of education. Strong organisational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Commitment to high standards of customer service. Willingness to be flexible with working hours.
