Purpose of the role:

To provide day-to-day management of the Pall Mall Sports team, carrying out specific duties as determined by the Sports and Fitness manager, in order to deliver excellent levels of service.

Responsible for front of house, Turkish Baths and Juice bar operations.

40 hour week, 5 days over a 7 day week, regularly working weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Sports and Fitness Manager in their absence.
  • Line management of the front of house teams.
  • Receive and respond to member feedback, queries, and complaints.
  • Lead from the front and develop a culture of professionalism and positive member engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with the rules of the clubhouses health and safety policy.

About you:

  • Strong front of house experience.
  • Line management experience.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Works well under pressure.
